AV Support Specialist - Remote & On-site

The Company:

The role:

This is a hands-on role for someone that can solve complex technical AV issues and support end users of the business.

You will provide onsite & remote support for workplace technology solutions (Google meet, MS Teams etc.) whilst integrating with the clients AV environments.

High levels of stakeholder management are needed as you will be onsite representing the company and dealing with all levels of seniority

You will need experience with:

• Supporting corporate AV, unified comms and workplace technology
• Hands on support with meeting rooms
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults across audio, video, control and network connected AV systems
• Strong communication and stake holder management skills
• Nice to have but not essential - experience with vendor technology Cisco, Crestron, QSC, Biamp etc.
