Brisbane Workplace Technology Support Specialist

BHP Group is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Specialist in Brisbane to deliver first-level IT support for end-user devices, AV/VC, and productivity tools. You will follow ITIL processes, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operation of workplace technology across our global user base.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in information systems or related field, strong communication, and experience with Windows 10, O365, AD, and Intune.
