What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop your own recruitment desk, taking ownership of both candidate and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new business and building long-term client partnerships
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
• Delivering temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
• Growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
• Attending client meetings and business development appointments
• Negotiating fees and securing new vacancies
• Working towards revenue targets, KPIs and personal career goals

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
• Background as a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant or Resourcer
• Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills
• Commercially aware, target-driven and ambitious
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Desire to build a long-term career in 360 recruitment
