We're hiring on behalf of a leading systems integrator and alarm monitoring company, a division of one of the world's largest protective services providers. This organization offers a full portfolio of integrated security systems and services, known for its commitment to protecting people, customers, and assets through innovative solutions.

The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure system uptime and performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with security systems and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system availability and identify faults
• Execute routine configuration changes on security systems
• Document all system modifications and perform pre-deployment testing
• Conduct on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment
• Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary, intrusion, and fire alarm systems
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
