Area Manager Cork

Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. With a presence in approximately 265 schools worldwide, including 60 local services in Ireland now - and growing since 2014, we strive to make a difference in the lives of over 9,000 children daily.

An Area manager/ Quality Service Delivery Manager required to provide support and operational oversight for selecting a growing number of Sherpa Kids Afterschool services. 

Based in a number of Primary schools, our services require someone with a passion for delivering quality, dependable school-age services, with a creative and family-supportive approach to holiday care. 

Requires someone who is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with their staff teams, schools, families, and with children.

Proficient in Microsoft, work, excel and PowerPoint 

Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff 

Passion for childcare 

At least 2 written references are required.

Licence/Certification: 

Drivers license and have access to a car each day (required)
