We are seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join an impact-driven community that is dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitation available).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• UK residency with the right to work in the UK.
