The Role

• Conduct in-store training sessions on optometry and work with cutting-edge technology.
• Advise customers and support colleagues on eyecare-related matters.
• Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures across the team.
• Oversee all technical equipment and complement store management with your technical expertise.
• Support your development towards becoming a Technical Lead, with tailored solutions available.

What You'll Need

• Relevant experience in refractions and/or contact lens fitting.
• Completed training as a Master Optometrist (m/f/d).
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage customers.
• A strong team player mentality to collaboratively achieve company goals.
