The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of common vehicle issues, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding. • Offer reassurance and expert solutions to members in need. • Start and finish your day at home, tackling diverse roadside challenges. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving license. • Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
