The Role

• Accompanying and guiding trainees in nursing practice
• Providing coaching for nursing staff

• Motivating students to undertake internships
• Performing professional basic and advanced nursing care
• Planning, executing, documenting, and evaluating individual patient care needs

What You'll Need

• Qualification as a nursing professional (e.g., state-certified geriatric nurse, or nurse with additional qualification as a Praxisanleiter/in)
• Relevant professional experience in nursing
• Knowledge of the generalist nursing training curriculum
• Confidence and assertiveness
• Ability to clearly explain complex processes
• Strong alignment with the company's values
