The Role
• Manage and administer services to meet the needs of military members, veterans, and their families.
• Build and maintain relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders.
• Oversee volunteer engagement programs to ensure the delivery of Red Cross services.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of services to clients in your area, including coordinating support for military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
• Develop and manage budgets and expenditures to ensure programs operate within financial parameters.
• Contribute to the delivery of International Services programs and services as needed.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related area.
• Strong computer, public speaking, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing situations.
• U.S. citizenship is required for mobile positions, with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance and a no-fee U.S. passport.
