The Role
- Manage and administer Red Cross services to meet the needs of military members, veterans, and their families.
- Build strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders, acting as the Red Cross representative.
- Develop and implement volunteer engagement programs, recruiting and training volunteers to support service delivery.
- Ensure consistent delivery of services to clients, including coordination with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
- Develop outreach strategies to promote International Services programs and ensure community awareness.
- Manage budgets and expenditures, monitor program outcomes, and report on results for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
- Strong computer, public speaking, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in both individual and team environments.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to undergo strict medical and security clearances for potential worldwide deployment.
