The Role

• Partner with commercial clients to understand their needs and provide tailored pest control solutions.
• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify potential pest issues and environmental concerns.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Utilize company-provided technology, including an iPad, for sales agreements and client management.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willingness to obtain a pesticide license or certification (company-sponsored).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with diverse clients.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including using ladders, lifting, and accessing confined spaces.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on building customer loyalty and trust.
