We are seeking a leadership-oriented physician to join a renowned medical facility specializing in psychosomatic medicine and pneumology. The Role

• Lead and further develop a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, physicians, and therapists.
• Actively shape the strategic and conceptual advancement of the psychosomatic department, including quality assurance and project management.
• Supervise psychotherapy and somatic treatments administered by your team and provide supervision for therapists in training.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings involving all relevant therapeutic disciplines.
• Provide medical and psychotherapy to patients according to current treatment guidelines.
• Participate in the on-call duty for the psychosomatic department.

What You'll Need

• Specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with a strong interest in the integration of somatic and psychotherapy.
• High level of empathy, structured, and team-oriented work approach.
• Proactive, flexible, and dedicated with a commitment to excellence and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new digital systems.
