Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst - Lansing, MI (Locals Only)

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst to provide application development and integration services supporting state agency applications. The resource will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, enhancement, testing, deployment, and technical support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

The Programmer Analyst will perform and lead project activities including requirements gathering, planning, analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, release management, and ongoing application maintenance.

Skillset:

5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations

Architect Experience 3+ years

Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 5+ years

Microsoft Azure platform experience

Azure DevOps 5+ years

Data Architecture Experience- 3+ years

Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years

Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems

CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts

Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.

Azure Communications

Abilities to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.

Abilities to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.

Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.

An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.

Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.

Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment.

Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
