Top Consulting is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Advisor to drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing scalable enterprise solutions, aligning business and technology strategies, and modernizing application, data, infrastructure, and cloud environments. Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred, particularly supporting ERP, supply chain, shop floor, and operational technology (OT) initiatives.

This role partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define architectural roadmaps that improve operational efficiency, scalability, security, and innovation.

* This is only a part time position about 8-10hrs a week. 

Responsibilities:

o   Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and technology roadmaps.

o   Partner with business leaders to align technology strategy with organizational objectives.

o   Lead architecture reviews and provide technical governance for enterprise initiatives.

o   Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, integration, and security domains.

o   Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.

o   Guide modernization initiatives including cloud migration, application rationalization, API strategy, and integration architecture.

o   Collaborate with solution architects, development teams, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

o   Establish enterprise architecture frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices.

o   Ensure compliance with governance, security, regulatory, and enterprise standards.

o   Provide technical leadership for ERP implementations, manufacturing systems, and digital transformation programs.

o   Influence executive decision-making through architecture assessments and technology recommendations.

Qualifications:

o   10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture.

o   Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies across multiple technology domains.

o   Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

o   Experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

o   Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, security, and data architecture.

o   Experience with architecture modeling tools and frameworks.

o   Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

o   Ability to present architectural recommendations to executive leadership.

o   Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.

o   Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
