The Role

  • Lead a team of on-site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring effective delivery of mechanical fire suppression services.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance, routine servicing, and remedial works on advanced fire detection and gas suppression systems.
  • Drive the maintenance of high safety standards, excellent customer service, and smooth operational performance.
  • Conduct safety and quality audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company standards.
  • Report near misses and health & safety issues promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience with gas suppression systems and mechanical fire suppression.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
