Tasks: As Partnership Account Manager (m/f/d) within our marketing department, you
\ N will maximize the value andactivation of our international partnerships to
\ N strategically develop the Lidl-Trek brand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic and operational management and further development of a portfolio of top
    \ N international partners of Lidl-Trek for long-term customer retention and development
    \ N of new upselling potential
  • \ N
  • End-to-end governance of contractual rights management, ensuring the seamless
    \ N and optimized delivery of all partnership assets across social media, content, PR,
    \ N events, and hospitality through close cross-functional alignment.
  • \ N
  • Driving the conceptualization, budget control, and flawless delivery of innovative
    \ N brand activation campaigns that resonate with target audiences and maximize
    \ N partnership value
  • \n
  • Conceptual design and operational management of first-class on-site hospitality
    \ N programs at race events, including personal on-site support for partners, organization
    \ N of exclusive VIP experiences and subsequent budget and invoice control
  • \ N
  • Delivering advanced performance tracking, ROI analytics, and management
    \ N reporting to continuously optimize activations, while leveraging global best practices
    \ N to strategically scale the partnership portfolio

Profile:

  • Professional experience in account management in professional sports or
    \ N entertainment
  • \n
  • Completed studies in the field of economics or the sports sector
  • \ N
  • Excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills, combined with a
    \ N collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • \ N
  • Analytical way of thinking paired with an independent working style
  • \ N
  • Fluent in English;
    German is a bonus
  • \ N
  • Willingness to travel within Europ
  • \ N
