The Role • Operate and monitor CNC milling and turning machines for the production of high-precision automotive components. • Independently perform machine setup and adjustments for new production orders. • Inspect manufactured workpieces using standard measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met. • Analyze error messages and resolve minor disruptions within the production process. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession (e.g., cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic) or equivalent qualification. • Previous experience operating CNC machines is highly advantageous. • Willingness to work in a multi-shift system (e.g., 2-shift or 3-shift operation). • Reliability, manual dexterity, and a strong commitment to quality.
