Territory Retail Sales Representative - Consumer Packaged Goods

R Squared Solutions seeks a Temporary Territory Sales Representative to drive in-store sales execution for leading consumer brands. In this field-based role, you'll visit assigned retail locations to optimize shelf presence, ensure planogram compliance, build displays, and execute promotions. You'll cultivate strong relationships with store teams, identify opportunities to grow sales, and provide data-driven feedback through photos, reports, and CRM tools. Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned retail territory to execute in-store sales and merchandising programs for consumer brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and key retail contacts.
• Ensure planogram compliance, shelf availability, displays, and promotional materials are properly executed.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify opportunities, and recommend actions to increase sales.
• Collect and report store-level data, photos, and insights using company tools and CRM systems.
• Achieve territory sales, coverage, and execution targets while following company standards.
• Coordinate visit schedules and routes to maximize territory coverage and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client partners to share field feedback and best practices.
• Troubleshoot in-store issues, resolve execution gaps, and communicate risks or needs promptly.
• Represent R Squared Solutions' collaborative, performance-driven culture in all client and retailer interactions.
