About the Role
A legal services firm is seeking an experienced partner to grow its labor and employment practice in healthcare regulatory and compliance. This entrepreneurial role offers the opportunity to develop a specialized practice within a collaborative network.
What You'll Do
Advise healthcare clients on regulatory and compliance matters.
Build and expand a healthcare-focused labor and employment practice.
Develop client relationships and contribute to cross-practice business development.
What We're Looking For
At least 10 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, with a focus on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
A portable book of business of approximately $1 million.
A Juris Doctor degree and experience at an established law firm or specialized boutique.
Expertise in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
Based in Denver or willing to relocate there.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Hybrid, Denver, Colorado.
