The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics for members. • Provide emergency breakdown support, addressing issues from flat batteries to complex faults. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations. • Work a demand-led shift averaging 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. • Start and finish your shifts from your home driveway. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving licence.
