Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Developer with 10+ years of experience in front-end and UI development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON, XML, and SQL.

This role is best suited for a senior developer who can independently own UI development from design through implementation, including setting up and structuring applications from scratch. The candidate should be comfortable making architectural decisions, evaluating different technical approaches, explaining trade-offs, and providing recommendations rather than simply implementing predefined requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UI/front-end development from initial design through implementation and delivery.

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Set up, structure, and configure applications from scratch using modern front-end technologies.

• Make appropriate architectural and technical decisions for UI applications.

• Evaluate multiple technical approaches and clearly communicate their pros, cons, risks, and trade-offs.

• Provide technical recommendations to stakeholders and development teams.

• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable UI solutions.

• Develop reusable components and maintainable front-end architecture.

• Implement visual, interactive, and responsive elements to enhance user experience.

• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Work with JSON and XML data formats and interact with SQL-based data when required.

• Develop new application features and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and defects.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, QA teams, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders.

• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of application architecture, performance, usability, and development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in UI/front-end development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.

• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React or Angular.

• Strong understanding of responsive and cross-browser web development.

• Experience designing and implementing UI applications from scratch.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and API endpoint integration.
