Pay Range: $55/hr - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize media plans across digital and social media channels, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and reporting to measure campaign performance and drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality assurance and executional excellence in media planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in digital media, with 3+ years specifically in paid social.
• BA/BS degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in media planning and execution, with a strong handle on analytics.
• Experience working at a media agency or ad tech firm.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with measurement tools, omni-channel strategies, and media mix modeling (MMM).
