BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Logistics Manager to provide senior-level life cycle logistics, integrated product support (IPS), supply management, fielding, and sustainment expertise in support of the U.S. Army Project Manager, Maneuver Medical Systems (PM M2S).

The Program Logistics Manager will support multiple medical products and assemblages throughout the fielding and life cycle management process, with particular emphasis on ensuring that capabilities are supportable, sustainable, fieldable, and properly integrated into Army and DoW logistics systems.

The position will work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Life Cycle Logistics Management Specialists, engineers, acquisition professionals, manufacturers, receiving units, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Life Cycle Management Commands (LCMCs), and other Army, DoW, and Federal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate life cycle logistics and Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities for assigned M2S products, systems, and assemblages
  • Apply life cycle logistics principles across product development, production, fielding, and transition to sustainment
  • Evaluate IPS elements and develop recommendations to ensure products are sustainable once fielded
  • Support product support planning across:

  • Coordinate the fielding of assigned medical systems with CPE-G, DoW organizations, manufacturers, receiving units, DLA, LCMCs, and other stakeholders
  • Support logistics actions required to introduce medical materiel into Army, Navy, and Air Force wholesale supply systems
  • Support National Stock Number (NSN) requests, new Line Item Number (LIN) actions, Type Classification activities, TOE Basis of Issue Plans, and feeder data
  • Analyze Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE) data to support force-structure and investment decisions
  • Research and analyze logistics and enterprise systems, including LogiCole, ECAT, TEWLS, GCCS-Army, as applicable
  • Support medical equipment fielding and maintain accountability of end items, basic issue items, non-expendables, durables, expendables, and support packages through the fielding process
  • Conduct logistical analysis using maintenance, usage, technology, and life cycle data
  • Develop and implement logistical strategic planning processes for provisioning subsystems supporting end capabilities
  • Support supply management activities, including review and validation of NSNs, technical parameters, components, consumables, accessories, parts, and catalog data
  • Support development and maintenance of startup lists, resupply lists, parts catalogs, equipment sustainment plans, supply bulletins, and related publications
  • Identify discrepancies between OEM information and Government publications and coordinate corrective actions with engineers and subject matter experts
  • Facilitate Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs), IPTs, and working groups; prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, executive summaries, and action-item trackers
  • Provide written technical opinions, analyses, briefings, and recommendations to support Government decision-making
  • Support acquisition milestones, program reviews, market research, acquisition strategies, PWS development, purchase requests, and Justification & Approval documentation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify logistics risks, constraints, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Support transition of products through coding, testing, acquisition, vendor management, fielding, and sustainment
  • Maintain accurate program and logistics documentation within Government-designated information management environments
  • Travel as required to support fielding, testing, training, demonstrations, stakeholder engagements, and other program activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Active DoW secret clearance or above
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, life cycle logistics, product support, supply chain management, acquisition logistics, or a related DoW environment
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Special Operations Command (SOCOM) program logistics, supply, cataloging, provisioning, fielding, or sustainment processes
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS) and life cycle sustainment principles.
  • Working knowledge of AR 700-127, Integrated Product Support, and its application to product development and sustainment
  • Experience coordinating complex logistics activities across Government, industry, military, and other stakeholder organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze logistics data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong written, oral, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and produce high-quality deliverables under deadline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Army, DoW, or Federal Government logistics experience
  • Experience supporting medical materiel, medical equipment, deployable medical capabilities, or Army medical logistics
  • Experience with FMSWEB, AESIP, MMIP, AE2S, LMP, DPAS, TEWLS, GCCS-Army, GFEBS, cPROBE, or cQuiP
  • Experience with DLA and Army wholesale supply systems
  • Experience supporting Sets, Kits, and Outfits (SKOs) or Army assemblages
  • Experience with provisioning, cataloging, NSN/LIN actions, TOE/TDA analysis, and Basis of Issue planning
  • Experience supporting product transition from technology development through production, fielding, and sustainment
