Our staffing firm is partnering with a global leader in water, hygiene, infection prevention, and sustainability solutions to identify a CRM Data Analyst for a temporary project-based engagement. This organization serves customers across multiple industries and is focused on improving data quality and operational efficiency in preparation for future technology initiatives.
This role will support a critical CRM data cleansing and migration readiness effort, ensuring account data is accurate, consistent, and aligned across business systems. The successful candidate will play an important role in reducing migration risks, preserving historical sales information, and establishing stronger data governance practices.

Key Responsibilities
CRM Data Cleansing & Standardization
- Review CRM account records to identify duplicates, incomplete records, inconsistencies, and other data quality issues.
- Standardize account names, addresses, geographic information, industry classifications, and other key account fields.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete records using established business rules and source system references.
- Normalize data fields to support reporting, migration mapping, and downstream business processes.
- Maintain clear documentation of updates, assumptions, exceptions, and unresolved issues.
- Perform record-level matching between CRM accounts and SAP customer master data.
- Use Sold-To numbers, Bill-To numbers, quote IDs, order details, and account information to establish accurate record relationships.
- Utilize CRM data preparation tools, Excel, and AI-assisted matching capabilities to identify probable matches.
- Validate low-confidence matches through manual review and business context analysis.
- Create and maintain mapping documentation between CRM and SAP records.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, duplicate records, and missing references.
- Connect current and historical CRM records to corresponding SAP customer accounts.
- Support the preservation of quote, opportunity, and sales history for future migration activities.
- Investigate inconsistencies between account, order, quote, Bill-To, and Sold-To information.
- Ensure historical data remains traceable and usable for reporting and business analysis.
- Conduct data validation activities to confirm accuracy, completeness, and migration readiness.
- Perform audits and reviews with stakeholders when needed.
- Track unresolved matches, exceptions, and data quality concerns.
- Escalate issues requiring business or system owner input.
- Support pre- and post-cleansing data quality assessments.
- Prepare cleansed datasets and supporting documentation for future Microsoft Dynamics migration efforts.
- Align source data with anticipated future-state requirements.
- Support data profiling, transformation reviews, and migration testing activities.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen data controls, validation rules, and governance standards.
- Document lessons learned and recommendations to improve future migration outcomes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for CRM cleansing, duplicate management, and SAP matching processes.
- Assist in creating standard operating procedures for ongoing data maintenance.
- Recommend data entry standards, validation rules, and duplicate prevention practices.
- Support the development of sustainable account data governance processes.
- Define escalation and review procedures for records requiring business validation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering or working extensively with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Strong CRM analytics, data cleansing, data validation, and data quality management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, lookups, data comparison, and reporting functions.
- Experience working with SAP data or integrating CRM information with ERP systems.
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with Agile methodologies or Agile project environments.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and/or Zoho DataPrep.
- Experience supporting CRM migrations, ERP integrations, or master data cleanup initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics migration projects.
- Knowledge of customer master data management, sales operations, quote management, and lead-to-cash processes.
- Experience creating SOPs, governance documentation, and process improvement recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and Operations teams.
