The Role

• Independently perform structural work on aircraft structural components.
• Assemble structural and support parts for shell assembly according to specified concepts (e.g., positioning, drilling, countersinking, bonding, screwing).
• Carry out repair work on parts and components.
• Document work steps in compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
• Rectify defects according to quality assurance specifications.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, turner, miller, precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, or in a metal or wood processing trade.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or production.
• Fluent German and basic English language skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, integrate, compromise, and accept support.
• Independent, proactive, and forward-thinking approach, with a willingness to work in shifts (2 or 3 shifts).
