Our Programme Advisory team helps organisations design, mobilise, and deliver complex programmes successfully. We work with clients across the Defence, Infrastructure, and Energy & Natural Resources sectors, supporting them to navigate strategic, operational, commercial, and regulatory challenges while delivering lasting value.
As a Graduate within our Programme Advisory discipline, you will gain exposure to a variety of high-profile projects and work alongside experienced professionals to help shape major programmes and transformation initiatives. Depending on business needs and your interests, you may have the opportunity to work within one of the following specialist areas:

Infrastructure Asset Management Consulting (AMCL)
Programme Advisory
The programme advisory team supports clients in turning ambitious goals into achievable outcomes. From developing business cases and operating models to delivering complex transformation programmes, the team helps organisations build the foundations for long-term success.
As part of this team, you may:
Support the mobilisation and delivery of programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and external market conditions.
Contribute to the transformation of major projects and programmes, helping clients maximise value and realise strategic outcomes.
Assist in developing business cases, target operating models, and programme delivery strategies.
Support the integration and optimisation of business functions throughout the programme lifecycle.
Analyse technical, commercial, and market data to inform tailored client solutions.
Work alongside industry-leading practitioners to solve complex client challenges.
Help clients prepare for and deliver major capital investments and organisational change initiatives.
Infrastructure Asset Management Consulting (AMCL)
As a Junior Infrastructure Asset Management Consultant, you will support consultancy projects for leading infrastructure organisations across transport, energy, water, utilities, and other critical sectors.
AMCL is a global leader in infrastructure asset management, digital transformation, and asset information consultancy. Our work helps clients improve performance, make better investment decisions, and build more resilient and sustainable infrastructure.
As part of the AMCL team, you may:
Support projects focused on asset management improvement, digital transformation, and investment planning.
Help clients address complex infrastructure challenges through data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the design and implementation of asset management frameworks, processes, and governance structures.
Work with data, systems, and digital solutions to improve organisational performance.
Gain exposure to industry-leading methodologies and best practice asset management approaches.
Collaborate with experienced consultants committed to advancing infrastructure performance and societal outcomes.

Other Requirements
- This role is primarily office-based, and colleagues are expected to work from the office for the majority of the working week.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- For some regional roles, travel to client sites may be required. Where access to client locations is limited by public transport, a full driving licence and access to transport may be beneficial.
- To be considered for roles in the Defence arena, you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance. This process will begin once you’ve accepted an offer and confirmed your willingness to undergo the checks.
