Job Title: Aerospace FAI Inspector

Location: Simpsonville, SC (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Contract (40 hours per week)

Direct Client Need

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify 100% of dimensions and drawing notes against blueprints using calibrated inspection tools.
• Confirm the production process uses the exact tooling, machinery, and work instructions planned for mass manufacturing.
• Trace all raw materials and special processes back to certified mill reports and approved suppliers.
• Complete AS9102 Forms 1, 2, and 3 to document part data, material specs, and actual measured results.
• Trigger a new FAI whenever there is a design change, a move to a new facility, or a production lapse of two years.

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED PLUS 6 years experience in lieu of education at least 10 years of experience required. 
• Aerospace FAI Inspection experience is mandatory
