Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, talent trends, and candidate experience.
This is a highly visible role where your ideas matter-you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh thinking, improve our processes, and make a real impact in how we attract and hire top talent in a competitive market.
This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with a consistent in-office schedule (Mondays, Tuesdays, and 1st & 3rd Fridays), offering a great balance of collaboration and flexibility.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.

What You Will Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial intake through offer, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders
- Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing market insights, talent trends, and thoughtful hiring recommendations
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies while creating strong pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
- Engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and creative outreach
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong technical alignment and culture fit
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
- Support broader talent strategies including workforce planning, internal mobility, and succession planning
- Maintain accurate candidate data and insights within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Ensure recruiting practices align with federal and state regulations
- Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives that continue to elevate our Talent Acquisition team
What You Need to Have
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of successful hires
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with a passion for finding and engaging talent
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- A data-driven mindset, with comfort using Excel to track and share insights
- Experience recruiting in corporate and/or agency environments
- Experience within financial services or other regulated industries preferred
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations within the U.S.
Preferred
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or Taleo
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to hiring strategy
- Proven strength in identifying and engaging passive candidates
