Medical Imaging Systems Analyst - Healthcare IT

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize imaging and sonography workflows within IT systems
• Collaborate with clinicians and product teams to gather and document requirements
• Ensure seamless integration between imaging platforms, PACS/RIS, and EHR systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve imaging-related technical issues
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features and enhancements
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation
• Train and support end users across multiple locations
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
