Job Description

Talentmark are recruiting for a Business Development Manager, to join a Waste Management and Recycling solutions provider on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Company:

Our client is a nationwide Environmental Services Company, based in South Yorkshire.
The Role:

Identify and onboard new target customers, including calls, emails and meetings.
Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meet revenue targets.
Understand client needs and build professional relationships.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth a process from onboarding to retention.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

Your Background:

Experience in the waste industry.
Previously worked in a Customer Service / Business Development role.
Ability to identify new leads and convert these to sales.
Experience developing client relationships.
