The Role

• Actively participate in the structural and content development of a new child and adolescent psychiatric unit.
• Contribute expertise to the development of processes, workflows, and quality standards.
• Take responsibility for the diagnosis and therapy of children and adolescents, creating and implementing individual treatment plans.
• Provide professional supervision and training to assistant physicians.
• Engage in systematic procedures for measuring and evaluating treatment outcomes to enhance care quality.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with psychosomatic departments and actively participate in internal and external training opportunities.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Enthusiasm for shaping structures and a strong motivation to contribute to the development of a new unit.
• A team-oriented approach, responsibility, commitment, and an independent working style.
• Excellent communication and social skills, openness, flexibility, and high motivation.
• Interest in the advancement of clinical structures, interprofessional collaboration, and modern child and adolescent psychiatric care.
