Senior Business Analyst - ERP, Data & Grants Transformation

Join a major digital transformation program as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting ERP, data migration, reporting and grants related initiatives. This role will suit an experienced BA with strong stakeholder engagement skills, structured analysis capability and experience working across complex technology projects.

Location: ACT, VIC or NSW

Contract Duration: 10 August 2026 to 30 June 2027, with possible 2 x 12 month extensions

Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Essential Tasks

• Gather reporting and analytics requirements across Finance, HR and Grants stakeholders.
• Support data migration activities including validation, reconciliation and testing.
• Document current state processes and help define future state process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping and fit gap analysis for ERP and business systems.

Key Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications and/or at least 5 years' Business Analyst experience.
• Experience using structured analysis methods on technology projects.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to elicit and translate business needs.
• ERP, HR systems, grants, data migration or reporting experience highly regarded.
