Supply Planner - Corporate Supply Planning (m|f|d)

In this role, you will contribute to reliable supply planning across our global network and support the continuous optimization of replenishment and inventory processes. You will work closely with international stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations and strong delivery performance.

• Replenishment control: In this diverse position you will be responsible for both national and international replenishment control across subsidiaries.
• Delivery capability: You will ensure the ability to deliver at Miltenyi subsidiaries, taking into account the ability to deliver of the respective production/distribution sites.
• Inventory monitoring: You will work on inventory monitoring for sales products as well as on optimizations along the global supply chains in coordination with the supervisor and internal/external customers; you analyze data to classify appropriate inventories, monitor them and derive optimizations along the global supply chains.
• Batch reservation: You will ensure and verify compliance with batch reservation process steps as the main contact person for batch reservation within the supply chain.
• Stakeholder management: You have a good sense for addressing various international stakeholders in a way that is appropriate to their needs and appreciate the trusting exchange with colleagues from the various specialist departments.

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a related field, or you have completed commercial training combined with further qualification in planning and/or distribution.
• You have first experience in supply chain planning and distribution.
• You are familiar and confident in working with planning and ERP software such as SAP APO, DISKOVER, or comparable tools; alternatively, you are familiar with VBA programming.
• You combine analytical skills, including good Excel skills, with an independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way of working. You enjoy building networks, proactively contributing your ideas, working in an interdisciplinary and international environment, and inspiring others to support and implement your ideas.
• You are business fluent in written and spoken English and have basic German language skills.
