Sr Treasury Analyst

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Treasury Analyst II or Senior Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations in a collaborative finance environment. This role involves managing critical finance activities such as cash management, debt management, lease accounting, and insurance coordination, with responsibilities adaptable to the candidate's strengths.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, banking transactions, and payments.


• Support debt accounting functions, including interest payments, journal entries, and reconciliation activities.


• Conduct lease accounting tasks, including lease liability reconciliations and buy-versus-lease analysis.


• Coordinate insurance renewals, policy management, and claims updates with brokers and business partners.


• Assist with audits, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives within the treasury function.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.


• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant corporate treasury experience, preferably within a large organization.


• Strong knowledge of cash and debt management, accounting fundamentals, and proficiency in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with treasury software such as SAP, lease accounting, and insurance administration is advantageous but not mandatory.


• A proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, ownership attitude, and a desire to grow into increased responsibilities.
