Partner with development teams to deliver custom enhancements and integrations.

Support multiple implementation go-lives, hypercare activities, and post-production stabilization.

Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and client stakeholders to identify process improvements and recommend best practices.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading three or more full-cycle MAWM implementations, including design, configuration, go-live, and hypercare support.

Strong understanding of warehouse processes, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Experience working in high-volume retail, distribution, or 3PL warehouse environments.

Strong understanding of integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, and enterprise systems.

Experience configuring MAWM and supporting end-to-end warehouse business processes.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel based on project requirements and provide support during go-live and stabilization activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing MAWM in cloud or hybrid environments.

Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or EDI.
