Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a full-timeUrgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing teamin North Andover, Massachusetts. This provider will deliver high-quality,patient-centered care for a broad spectrum of non-emergent conditions whilecollaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced urgentcare environment. Opportunities are availableacross multiple sites, including Beverly, Swampscott, Methuen, NorthAndover, and Haverhill.

Schedule: Centersoperate seven days per week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; weekends, 8:00AM–5:00 PM. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, withfull-time defined as a 36-hour workweek. Compensation & Benefits:Competitivehourly compensation ranging from $75–$85 per hour, along with a comprehensivebenefits package.

Requirements:Valid Nurse Practitioner orPhysician Assistant licenseBoard certification as aFamily Medicine Physician Assistant or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NursePractitionerCurrent or eligiblelicensure in MassachusettsPrior urgent care experiencepreferredCurrent CPR, BLS, and ACLScertificationsWorking knowledge ofuniversal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA standardsStrong interpersonal skillswith a patient-focused, team-oriented approachPractice Environment: Workin a modern, well-equipped urgent care setting with access to advanced medicaltechnologies and resources that support high-quality clinical care.
