Hiring Assistant Manager - Business Development

Mumbai 15-16 LPA Pan India Role

A fast-growing Beverage brand is looking for an Assistant Manager - Business Development to drive expansion and partner acquisition across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and close new business opportunities & expansion locations

• Manage end-to-end property scouting, commercial negotiations & agreements

• Handle documentation, lease agreements, and coordination with legal teams

• Build strong relationships with landlords, mall developers & business partners

• Support market mapping, competitor analysis & expansion strategy

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for store/project launches

• Drive business growth in a startup/high-growth environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Expansion roles

• Background from F&B, Beverage, QSR, Retail Fashion or allied industries preferred

• Strong experience in agreements, paperwork, property acquisition & negotiations

• Comfortable with travel and handling a Pan India role

• Startup brand experience preferred
