Program Control Specialist, Senior
Location: Arlington, VA - Pentagon

Opportunity
Provide program control leadership for PQC migration, including planning/coordination, schedule and metric tracking, deliverable management, and leadership reporting for PQC transition activities. Responsibilities
Track project processes, controls, and performance metrics; analyze impacts of missed or inadequate deliverables. Develop reports, program documentation, and presentations; ensure contract compliance and team integration.
Coordinate workshops, meetings, and logistics; maintain confidentiality and responsive operations support. Qualifications
Master’s degree and 12+ years experience. Proven experience managing technical, cost, and schedule baselines and directing project teams. Top Secret clearance
Nice to Have Qualifications
Experience supporting cryptography/PQC migration programs and program reviews.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
