Sales Trainer

Service Wizard, a family-owned HVAC company in Austin, TX, is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and coach our residential HVAC sales team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver training on in-home sales, comfort consultations, financing options, and technical basics of HVAC systems. You’ll conduct ride-alongs, role-play sessions, and ongoing performance coaching to improve close rates and customer satisfaction. The Sales Trainer will collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, create training materials, track KPIs, and ensure our team provides honest, high-quality service to every homeowner we serve.
