Talent And People Operations Manager

Lead recruiting and people operations for a growing South Florida law firm. Manage searches end to end, build candidate pipelines, coordinate onboarding and HR administration, support new office launches, and help run office culture and events.

Responsibilities

• Source and build relationships with attorneys, leaders, and staff candidates, including passive candidates.
• Manage recruitment from intake and job postings through screening, assessments, scheduling, references, and offer packages.
• Coordinate incoming teams and support their integration into the firm.
• Manage onboarding, employee files, and HR compliance.
• Help operate the firm's offices and new headquarters.
• Coordinate events, recognition activities, and the intern program.
