Pay: $33 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance for two neighboring communities with apartment homes in Brunswick. This is a hands-on role: you’ll handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, run the preventive maintenance program, and keep both communities in great shape for residents.
What you'll Do

• Complete service requests across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems.

• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance for both communities.
• Lead, schedule, and support the maintenance team, and make sure work orders are completed on time.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Keep building systems, units, and common areas safe and in good working order.
• Communicate clearly with residents, the maintenance team, and the property office.
• Treat all residents consistently and professionally, in line with Fair Housing requirements.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• HVAC certification.
• Apartment maintenance experience.
• Hands-on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance.
• Good communication and organization skills.
