Senior Administrator - COO Group

Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in-office - Tue, Wed, Thu)

Contract: 3-Month Initial Contract (High probability of extension or perm conversion)

Start Date: Immediate / 2-4 weeks

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Administrator to join an executive operations team in Canary Wharf. Supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Directors, you will act as a central operational point for executive coordination and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Proactive calendar, email, and high-priority diary management for senior leadership.

• Travel & Expenses: Coordinate complex international travel itineraries, visa logistics, and manage expense reports using SAP Concur.

• Event & Visitor Logistics: Manage end-to-end logistics for large visiting groups (100+ visitors), executive meetings, town halls, and catering.

• Operational Projects: Support international admin communication platforms, liaise with IT/Facilities, and assist with process improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in a senior administrative or EA role within financial or professional services.

• Proven capability interacting with executive and board-level stakeholders with complete discretion and executive presence.

• Strong technical proficiency in SAP Concur and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word); familiarity with AI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT) is a plus.

• High adaptability, quick problem-solving, and the ability to work independently when needed.
