Digital Adoption Solution Engineer ( WalkMe and Whatfix)
Long Term Contract ( 10 30 hours per week for an initial 4 8 week period)
100% Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Solution Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help design, implement, and optimize DAP solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless implementation, engagement, and adoption across enterprise applications. The end goal is to achieve maximum return on our client s investment in their technology.

Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, effective, and simple solutions to our clients, ensuring we meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business goals and needs.
Design, build, and configure in-app guidance, tooltips, walkthroughs, and onboarding flows using leading DAP tools.
Conduct user needs analysis and workflow assessments to inform adoption strategies and content placement.
Use adoption metrics and insights to measure effectiveness and make iterative improvements.
Provide post-implementation support and enablement.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the DAP practice.
Stay current with DAP trends, platform updates, and standards within the DAP practice.

Qualifications and Expectations

2+ years of experience in DAP configuration, implementation, or consulting.
Familiarity with basic front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting.
Problem-solving mentality with client-first mindset; become our client s trusted advisor, promoting product knowledge and self-sufficiency during client interactions.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple client projects in a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience

Proficiency on WalkMe,whatfix Userlane or other DAP tools.
Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday).
Experience working in an agile consulting environment.
