The Role

• Compile store orders using a tablet or pick ticket, noting item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Gather merchandise to ensure proper placement into totes or boxes.
• Safely load totes or boxes of merchandise, which can weigh up to 30-50 pounds, using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety guidelines and general housekeeping practices.
• Follow routine assignments and problem-solve within the distribution function according to standard operating procedures.
• Enter data for inventory movements to track picking and packaging completion.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Awareness of safe work practices.
