The Role

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service and craft high-quality beverages and food.
• Ensure the coffeehouse operates smoothly by delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts.
• Maintain store standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
• Coach and prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and customer requests.
• Uphold regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

What You'll Need

• At least six months of experience in customer-facing roles requiring constant interaction and fulfillment of requests.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating the work of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodations.
