Referent (m/w/d) Hauptabteilungsleitung Qualitätsmanagement

The Role

• Coordinate and prioritize cross-functional tasks, workflows, and communication channels between internal departments and external partners.
• Support the senior leadership team by developing strategic solutions, preparing decision-making materials, and managing operational management topics.
• Organize high-level meetings and ensure the consistent tracking of project milestones, deadlines, and action items.
• Analyze technical and business performance metrics to produce comprehensive reports, presentations, and analytical insights.
• Drive cross-departmental projects while assisting with budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting.

What You'll Need

• A degree in engineering or a related field, combined with several years of experience in technical project management or a similar leadership support role.
• Proficiency in classical and agile project management methodologies, portfolio management, and technical product development processes.
• Strong business acumen and technical literacy, including experience with ERP systems and standard office software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English, with the ability to work independently and manage international travel requirements.
