The Role

• Assume leadership responsibilities on our psychosomatic youth ward with progression towards full senior physician leadership.
• Oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents with structured support.
• Represent the chief physician in the role of senior consultant and contribute to ward development.
• Conduct supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary case discussions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or actively in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced psychotherapy training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
