The Role • Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives focused on residential security and automation solutions. • Spend approximately 70% of your time in the field and 30% in the office. • Oversee daily team activities, including interviewing, hiring, training, and motivating sales staff. • Manage leads, track sales performance, and implement strategies to control attrition. • Conduct ride-alongs and provide direct coaching to new and existing sales representatives. • Ensure personal sales requirements are met while motivating the team. What You'll Need • 3+ years of outside sales experience, with supervisory experience preferred. • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. • Proficiency in using technical devices such as laptops and tablets. • A reliable personal vehicle for travel within assigned territories. • Ability to work effectively in diverse weather and climate conditions. • Strong desire for hustle and a go-getter attitude.
