The Role

• Provide an outstanding shopping experience to customers.
• Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing operational workflows and leading a portion of the team.
• Handle all in-store and stockroom tasks, from receiving goods to display and stock management.
• Ensure product freshness and quality, particularly for produce and baked goods.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning responsibilities.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for contributing to a high-performing team.
• Completed apprenticeship in retail or relevant professional experience.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Diligence, engagement, and a hands-on approach to tasks.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
